The seat is super Comfy & sturdy. The storage case gives you so much extra room to store things & doesn’t get in the way of a nice smooth ride. I just wished that Segway sold the storage case separately because I already had the seat which came with the purchase of my scooter last year. I contacted Segway by phone & email & they sa
id they don’t sell the storage case separately. I’m hoping in the near future that Segway sells the storage case separately for people like me who already have the seat. I paid $120.00 just to get the storage case & gonna try and sell my brand new extra seat & hardware. It would of been nice paying about half the price for just the storage case which would of been $60.00 but it is what it is
